You control a droid that's armed with a unique "socket" system so that they can manipulate different elemental spells to eliminate physical manifestations of despair. To do this, you delve into people's minds and survive through waves of enemies in an action-2d roguelike state, powering up your spells by inserting different elements into spell sockets so that you make up spells to completely dispatch enemies. This is a really cool concept, that's also been explored in the previous games made by Lunar Penguin Media.
