You are on Eswaydan, a snowy mountainous region in the larger Thuyr kingdom. Eswaydan valley, as its called, is surrounded by snowy mountain tops. The land has a curse, every five years a hero is conjured out of the Hillside hut. The player must safe Eswaydan from the skeletal incursion called ''the Dark Hand'' lead by their leader Cellius. You can either do quests to defeat Cellius and his generals in a few multiple ways. The NPC's from the nearby town called ''Enway's Refuge'' understand that you are not from there but they cant pinpoint it exacly, they see you as a ''Immortal time god'' that has come there to safe them from the evil ''Dark Hand'' that keep returning every five years. To them, you're a hero, a saviour for their ancient lands.
